Finding plane that crashed most amazing experience so far

I have often been asked about what is the coolest experience I have ever had as a medium. Well, I don’t know if the plane crash event was the coolest experience, but it was the most profound moment in my journey.

One day, I was at lunch with my husband and I received a call from my friend, Heather. Heather frantically told me about her friend, Felicia. Felicia’s husband, Dave, had taken off with his friend in a small Cessna plane. Dave was the passenger and this flight was only supposed to take a few hours. However, Dave’s plane never made it to the 2nd airport and the plane had been missing for 5 days.

I thought I would share a story about what happened with two local hometown girls and a bird.

The other day, I was speeding down Highway 64 coming back from Raleigh to Asheboro. Well, maybe not speeding, more like driving the speed limit at a rapid speed in 5 o’clock traffic during rush hour. I was sharing the car with two local girls (Margaret McBride and Phyllis McCubbin), from Asheboro High School’s own graduating class of 1965.

Insight into man’s late father started as nagging sensation

I recall an encounter I had with a young man named Lee many years ago. Lee was the guy who fixed our computers in our office building. I didn’t really know Lee. He seemed to be shy and very quiet.

One day, Lee came to my office to install some software and upgrade my system. As Lee sat there working on my computer, I sat across my office working on some paperwork. I began to get this nagging sensation to ask Lee if he had recently had some heart problems. I didn’t know Lee that well and he seemed to be in excellent health. Something kept pushing me to ask, so finally I did.

Do you ever wonder if our loved ones are watching us and we just don’t know it? Would it not be great to hear a noise and look to your left to see your dad standing there just smiling at you? That is the No. 1 question people ask: “Do my loved ones see me?” I would have to say “YES!”

Think about all the times that you have suddenly smelled your mom’s perfume, your dad’s cigar smoke or some home-cooked meal that only Grandma could make. What about hearing your dad’s voice at a time where you just needed it? Have you ever come across a personal item of a loved one and wondered how it got there? Maybe the answer is not so complicated.

Cox Street soul now at peace?

I received an email this week from a woman we will call Danielle. She told me how she used to take walks up and down Cox Street for years.

About a year ago, Danielle said that she was walking down Cox Street on a hot summer day. All of a sudden, a cold breeze rushed by her, stopping her in her tracks. She felt this overwhelming urge to turn and look at the house to her immediate left. Continue reading Cox Street soul now at peace?

Pisgah Covered Bridge Road home slams door on owner

Have you ever had strange things happen in your home and you just cannot explain them? Like, have you had that one closet door that no matter how many times you know you closed it, it seems to always be open? What about that one drawer in the kitchen that always seems to be slid out? Or how about the times that you know that you had laid your keys on the coffee table, but once again they are missing? Continue reading Pisgah Covered Bridge Road home slams door on owner

Aunt sees nephew’s injury in a dream … as it happens

I received an interesting email from a Tim Scott who lives in Asheboro. He started off the email by asking me if I knew what ESP or Extrasensory Perception was. Webster’s dictionary describes ESP as noun that means “the ability to know things (such as what another person is thinking or what will happen in the future) that cannot be known by normal use of the senses.” Continue reading Aunt sees nephew’s injury in a dream … as it happens
